I got my deposit back, with about $55 worth of deductions for replacing some hardware for the mini blinds (I broke one of the turning rods) and cleaning of the tub. When I would shower Bertie, I would bring in clay pots into the tub. These left red marks that were impossible to remove with Comet and even Zud. He didn&#8217;t even charge me for delaminating the wood floor in a few spots from plant pots or the stains on the carpet. While it took me 4 long days of work, it was worth it for $800 back. This mostly went to the housewarming party I threw last night.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to everyone who made it to the party last night! I had a lot of fun. I think I squeezed out a couple pictures before the camera ran out of memory.
