I was at a dinner party the other night with Jordan, Kate, and some English folk, David and Liz, bad mouthing Lightouse. I love their coffee, but I felt their baristas were a little too uppity.  But after going today, and maybe it&#8217;s just the time of day I used to go (in the afternoon) and  I went in today (at 7am on Sunday,) the wage slaves were quite pleasant. Not Starbucks chipper, but not dismissive  either. My middle class sensibilities appropriately soothed by this development.
