I’m getting oversaturated with my to do lists. I was just looking in my office and I have 4 separate GTD systems. One on my outlook, one in my GTDTiddlywiki, one in my hipster PDA and a to do scratchpad on Google desktop. Instead of “stress free productivity” I’m living in ADD world of writing my next actions in four different places. I think the solution is to simplify, reduce it all to the hipster pda and outlook. I’m spending more time worrying about my productivity solutions than actually being productive.
