So I’ve been using this Middle Earth password manager to create new passwords for all my websites. While not the easiest thing in the world to set up, it is far stronger than my previous strategy (5 passwords rotating between sites). Now I only have to remember one password, and the program generates a different password for every account I have. Pretty neat, especially since I’ve started posting my account links to del.icio.us.

In other news, someone has a half baked idea that will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and make Richard Simmons cringe.
